Ebenezer Warner Judd was born in Connecticut and came to the Guildhall area in 1786 as a surveyor. His journals and other papers, partly at the Vermont State Archives and partly in the Sheldon Museum, give a vivid picture of early life in Vermont, and formed the basis of this talk.
